to your table which is heated with a paste burner.
The „brim“ of the iron cooker is filled with a hearty
beef broth and delicious julienne vegetables.
Now it`s time for you to take the prepared and
marinated beef, veal or chicken and place it on
the hot iron hat. Let it sizzle until it`s
done or only medium, just as you like it.
